RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want everyone to be happy. If you’re not happy, we’ll be happy to accept a return or exchange within 15 days after your item(s) has been delivered. Please follow the guidelines below to return or exchange. Only products purchased from zpalette.com may be exchanged or returned for refund.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by us. To avoid a 20% restocking fee, the product must be in the original unused and unopened condition. Please contact us at cs@zpalette.com and we will provide you with an RMA number. We cannot accept packages without RMA number showing on the outside of the package.
Please note, return shipping charges for refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Additionally, your refund will reflect the cost of the product(s) less any shipping charges (including “Free Shipping”) to send the original order to you. For exchanges, once the item(s) is received we will exchange the item(s) and ship it back free of charge.
We do not take responsibility for loss or damage on returned item(s). Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund you in the same manner you paid. We issue refunds within 3 business days after receipt of your approved return. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you request an RMA after the 15-day period but no more than 30 days after delivery, and the RMA is approved, you will receive a zpalette.com store credit that is good indefinitely for future purchases at zpalette.com. Store credit is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
